Highschool is about friendship and more ; To
me ,it was the realization that failures and compromises, expectations and disappointments were all
part of growing up; it was learning that there were no limits to what one can accomplish if you just try, and
allow yourself to grow: it was the knowledge that you should change only what you believed needed changing to better
yourself rather than please someone else..

we did a medley here. We loved medleys back then. It was "I started a joke" , "Good night My love" and a third song
that I can't remember now ...

. It was about the heart aches that followed when you fell in
love for the first time, then realized how complicated it was...it was
about understanding for the first time how tolerance and acceptance had
allow you to see beyond someone else's preference, and knowing that you could accept without any reservations; it
was the confussion that you felt when others made a big deal out of what you believed was trivial; it
was seeing how jealousy could limit ones' potentials; it was the acceptance that followed when you learned
that not everyone would be pleased by your choices; but they are yours regardless; it was about being yourself even when
others had different expectations of you . High school was about having your very own dreams no matter how grand
or simple it may be..it was all the excitement that preceeded any dance, parade and review ,
the anticipation and fear of the incoming graduation, and leaving for college and your safe haven...
high school was
that one period in
your life that you would keep on coming back to, no
matter how long it has been, or where life had lead you, or brought you; it was all about being
young and care free and savouring every new experience that came your way and yet having the wisdom to know that almost
everything would change , and realizing that you can always look back and remember,and when you do, it would be with
a different outlook , with no regrets and with a BIG smile" ........e.........
